Marlene and I took a trip to China that Terry coordinated for us. Everything was perfect. There were absolutely no glitches. The tour company was Nexus travel and we would highly recommend them for travel to China. Terry was amazing in working with Nexus for us to ensure all the necessary documentation was completely on a timely basis. Awesome time at viva Wyndham resort in Mayan riviera thanks to Terry!! Highly recommend it! Sand was so clean, the beach was beautiful and the resort was very well maintained and clean.

Used to do my own bookings online

I thought I knew it all! ...I used to book online myself, Terry proved to me what a travel agent can do! We found our vacation, but couldn't get the discounted price set up for all passengers. He took the extra steps called the airline and had them work manual magic, and they hooked us all up with the pricing and vacation we wanted!

I am totally impressed! I won't be doing my own bookings anymore! Terry will ! I am totally impressed with the customer service from the first phone call! Thanks !! I will post when we get back! and i am sure it will be another 5* review!

Excellent follow up!

First of all, I must say we usually plan our trips ourselves with the help of TripAdvisor. However, this year we had an especially challenging trip to plan with 3 generations of people going ranging from less than 2 years to 50+ years old. We gave Terry the requirements. He came back with 3 very good options. He answered all our questions and made sure all details were set up in advance with the airlines and resorts. His continued followup was great.
